A New Dawn

Who We Are

The Subh-e-Nau Monthly is a first of a kind magazine in Pakistan featuring environmental and public health issues since 2004. With writers ranging from technical experts to advocates, its main aim is to raise awareness on the most pressing issues of the day to the ongoing climate change crises in the country and beyond. Subscribed by universities, governmental agencies and institutions, the magazine is well received by the public and its content is available for free on the web.

 

Its excellence is marked as an internationally awarded publication , where its coverage on Glacial Lakes Outburst Floods (GLOFs) before the onset of the formation of Lake Attabad garnered a regional journalism award by the International Center for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) in 2010. Since its inception to this day, Subh-e-Nau Monthly is ethically motivated, and will be for the sake of humanity and safeguard of the natural environment, for which awareness and meaningful action and hopes to foster much needed change for sustainable development.
